We stand behind our products and proudly offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your Ancient Nutrition purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Our guarantee ensures that you can try our products risk-free!
While we will always do our best to help when a product is not the right fit, not every order is eligible for return. We believe our return policy is generous, and if we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return. Some refund requests may be charged a $5 processing fee which will be deducted from your total refund.
Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Ancient Nutrition Customer Experience Team, or packages “Returned to Sender”, may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, will not be refunded.
Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Ancient Nutrition prior to the return, will not be refunded.
